How to put stong password for ur email accounts

It's very simple put any special character like( @,$,%,&...etc) with upper case like(A-Z) and with numeric(1-9) mix your password.And it's uncrackable also

Don't use refresh button.Because refresh button put heavy pressure on processor,so my friends use refresh button when your system hanged.
